I spent my day subbing, going to the post office to mail my daddy his birthday present, and going to the gym.
Here is our menu for the week...
Monday

A quick, easy favorite of ours.
Tuesday
We're going to a baseball game tonight so we may eat there. I also have to go to a part of my sorority's initiation week and I may eat there. All alumni come this night so the new girls can recite the creed to us.
Wednesday
hamburgers
J is grilling for the first time in a while.
Thursday
chicken
creamed corn
green beans
I know we seem to eat chicken a lot but it's my fave!
Friday
DiGiorno pizza
Caesar salad
This is another meal we seem to eat every couple of weeks.
Today, my daddy celebrates his 56th birthday.

Last week, I wanted to order a new Bible with my new name on the front. J found the perfect one and it came in on Saturday.
I came back from being home-home on Saturday and J handed me the Bible. I flipped to the front page of the Bible and this is what my sweet hubby had written...
He wrote, "Thanks for making me the man I am. You are my angel! I love you!"
How sweet is he?!
Well, we're about to cook supper and then watching Dancing with the Stars!
